The wordsearch puzzle has for a long time been a staple of any puzzle book or magazine, and TLS Brain Training brings it to your PC. There are four different sets of words, and the words used in any of the puzzles are chosen at random from that set. These are famous mathematicians, famous painters (old masters), famous philosophers and famous composers. The reason for choosing these is that the names are from a wide variety of languanges, and so there is much less of a general pattern, making the puzzles correspondingly more challenging.

The words you need to find are listed on the right hand side of the screen, and are crossed out when you find them. A word can appear in any of the 8 possible directions (up, down, left, right and in all four diagonal directions). It can seem easy at first, but finding those last few words can be more tricky that you would expect.

Our wordsearch puzzles are randomly generated out of the available word sets, so you'll never see the same puzzle twice!
